TERMS OF USE - USER LICENSE

First of all we would like to thank you for visiting our store and buying our products.

There is, though, some information we would like to clarify to all our customers and visitors.

When you click "confirm" that means you agree that you are buying a digital online product via download and that all our sales are final. This means there will be no refund for any downloaded product as no "real return" may occur.

Our designers include their own TOU's (Terms of use) in each Zip file. Please, read them carefully before using the products.

All TOU's violations will be denunciated and legal actions under international laws will be taken.

PERSONAL USE

YOU MAY:

You may use this product for your own personal use

You may create and publish layouts as long as proper credits are given.

YOU MAY NOT:

- You may not claim these graphics as your own.

- You may not alter these graphics and call them your own.

- You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.

- You may not make any graphics into tubes, clipart or brushes to be used in graphics programs as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and redistribute them in any way.

- You may not offer any graphics images on any webpage for download, send them through mailing lists such as Yahoo group, Google groups, Internet communities, or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

- You may not make digitalized embroidery designs to resell.

- You may not make rubber stamps.

- You may not make cross stitch kits.

- You may not make scrapbook kits.

- You may not add or include our graphics in any computer software programs.

- You may not use them to design website pages.

COMMERCIAL USE

By using commercial products from our designers, you are agreeing to the terms of use below, so please read them fully.

- You may not use my commercial use products to make other commercial use products.

- When creating Quick Pages e Digital Fotobooks the final product needs to be saved as .PNG or .JPG format with no individual layers or elements files.

- You may not create a pack or kit with this commercial product only. This product should be, in maximum, 25% of a kit.

- You may not use my graphics on illegal websites or publications.

- You may not add them to Software Programs.

- You may not desature or alter any of my graphics to Gray Scale to resell them as Templates.

- You may alter size, colors, etc as you need.

- You may not offer any of these graphics on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group, Google Groups, Communities on the internet like Orkut, Gazzag and others or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

- You may give proper credit in your terms of use with special thanks for the designer who had created the product you are using from when use any of the commercial graphics.
